Booking Policy

When booking online all treatments are subject to a non- refundable booking deposit. 50% of the cost of your total booked services is required to secure your booking. All booking deposits incur a booking fee as per deposit links via sumup.

 

The value of your booking fee will be deducted from your services on the day of the appointment, and the remainder of your treatment will be paid at the end of your appointment.

 

Please note for courses full payment is required at time of booking.

 

All deposits are non-refundable but you can transfer your booking and deposit if more than 24 hrs notice is given. This must be one month of your original date* All booking deposits incur a booking fee as per deposit links via sumup.

Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful cancelations impact small business, therefore 48hrs notice must be given if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

 

Please note any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in you forfeiting your 50% booking deposit. If you do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your 50% booking deposit.

Client Policy

Male clients are welcomed at the clinic but on a referral basis only.

All clients medical and personal information is fully GDPR compliant as per our Privacy Policy. 

​

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to clients who breech expected behavioral conduct.
